What is the difference between French Laundry Hair Cleansing Mist and other products, such as dry shampoos, that claim to do the same/similar thing?
We love a good dry shampoo for its oil absorbing properties that makes you go longer between your washes. However, a dry shampoo is actually not a shampoo at all, as the name suggests, but leave product residues in your hair.
Unlike dry shampoos and other products on the market that claims to clean your hair but actually add product build-up, French Laundry Hair Cleansing Mist does not contain any styling elements and does not leave any new product residues in your hair - it actually cleanses your hair!
The gentle formula makes it perfect for daily use - as part of your evening routine to cleanse hair before bedtime, in the morning for a detangling effect, or after your workout. It removes product build-up, prevents hair breakage, supports hair growth and leaves the hair strengthened, soft and conditioned with a newly washed feel and scent. Which hair types are French Laundry suitable for?
French Laundry is a unique formula for all hair types and is beneficial whether you have fine, thick, straight, curly, dry, oily, natural or treated hair
Can I use French Laundry on treated hair?
Our products are recommended for color-treated hair, Keratin-treated hair, Brazilian blowouts, chemically-treated hair, and extensions. We never use sulfates or parabens in our products.
As always, if you are unsure, it is best to consult with your stylist before starting any new products.
How often should I use French Laundry?
The gentle no rinse formula is suitable for everyday use
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are manufactured in Sweden
What is the expiry date of my product?
Stored correctly, at a room temperature below 40 degrees Celsius, an opened product has a a twelve-months shelf life. All of our products feature an open jar PAO symbol that reflects shelf life of the product once opened.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes, we are a vegan and cruelty free brand
Do you use paraben or sulfate in your products?
No, we do not have paraben or sulfate in our formulas. Sulfates and parabens are not recommended for healthy hair and scalp because they may cause allergies and irritation.
Do you use silicones in your products?
We use a very small amount of Amodimethicone for its hydrating, antistatic and conditioning benefits. It makes the hair soft, easy to comb and shiny and confers volume, lightness and shine to your hair.
Are your products safe for pregnancy?
Our products have been formulated to the highest standards of safety and use ingredients that are considered safe for anyone pregnant and/or nursing. However, we still always recommend consulting with your doctor prior to use.
What should i do if I have a problem with your products?
We want all our customers to be happy with our product but in the very unlucky event that you are not completely satisfied, please send us an email at bonjour@septiemeparis.com (please include your order number) and we'll help you out ASAP.
Shipping and returns
Where are you shipping and what is the shipping cost?
We are a online store based in Sweden currently offering shipping to Norway and the EU with DHL and PostNord
For Swedish customers, shipping is free of charge.
For customers in Norway and the EU, the shipping fee is EUR 6.95.
What if I live outside of the EU and Norway? Can I still place an order?
We offer direct shipping through our website to the EU and Norway.
For all our customers in other countries, just send an email to bonjour@septiemeparis.com and we will try to help you.
What are your delivery times?
Items in stock are normally sent within 1-3 business days after your order, and will arrive within 3-6 business days. You will receive an email when your item has arrived at the nearest delivery point.
For international shipping there could be a few additional days for delivery depending on the country you are ordering to.
Sometimes, there may be delays in delivery beyond our control. If this situation occurs, we are not responsible for any liability to the customer for the damage the delay has caused. However, we will of course notify you if delivery is delayed.
Are your prices including VAT?
All prices are shown inclusive of Swedish VAT.
Customers outside of Sweden and the EU might be charged additional duties and import taxes when they receive their shipments. All potential import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Will I be asked to pay duties and taxes on import?

What if the package is damaged?
If your package is damaged due to damage that has occurred during shipment, you must put in a complaint at the mail distribution point where you collected the item, in accordance with Swedish post office rules. Our recommendation is to always check the consignment on collection and complain directly at that time if the consignment is visibly damaged. Send us an email as well, notifying us that you have lodged a complaint about the consignment and telling us which order the consignment concerns.
What if my product is damaged?
If your item is in any way damaged, otherwise unusable or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact bonjour@septiemeparis.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
If you want to return items that you have ordered from septiemeparis.com, you always have the full right of return within 14 days from the date you received the item. You pay for the return shipping and the item must be returned in undamaged, unmarked and unopened original packaging for the right of return to be valid. Send a mail to bonjour@septiemeparis.com and notify us of the order number, which items you want to return, and the sum paid including VAT. We will reimburse the sum paid for the returned product, but not the postage and return postage, within 30 days of us receiving the items returned. Please read our Return Policy for full details.
Who can place an order?
To be able to order from septiemeparis.com you must be over 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, purchases can be approved only with parental consent.
